Hei folkens. Hadde tidligere i mnd en tur til Vietnam, og på returen hadde jeg booket Bangkok - Paris på Thai First. Som fryktet så byttet Thai fly fra A380 til B777 og jeg ble nedgradert til C. Dette fikk jeg melding om 3-4 dager før hjemreisen. Ikke så mye jeg kunne gjøre med det, men jeg tenkte at jeg i det minste vil bli kompensert. Men NEI. Både SAS og Thai peker på hverandre og det eneste jeg har blitt tilbudt er 2 x 8000 EBP fra Thai. Er det noen andre som har liknende erfaring og råd om hva jeg bør gjøre? We are sorry that due to technical problems at the scheduled aircraft Airbus 380 it was deemed necessary to change the aircraft to Boeing 777. Please accept our apologies that due to the configuration of this aircraft, you and Mrs. XXX are not being able to utilize First Class section on this flight. Accoridng to the record, we found that an advance notice about this change was sent to you by e-mail and SMS on 9th November, 2018. Your tickets were also reissued to Business Class on the same day. Although we quite under your disappointment, we would like to clarify that as we accepted you to travel on this flight in accordance with the class of service as shown in the tickets, the dowgrading compensation could not be arranged in this manner.
