Fikk akkurat nyhet om at Senator nå får loungetilgang på Eurowings Basic fare: From now on, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to Lufthansa Group lounges and to partner lounges when you choose the Eurowings BASIC fare too. The only requirement is that you have a valid Eurowings boarding pass for the same day. As usual, you can take a guest into the lounge as well as your children if they are under 18.
Opplevde nylig å bli ombooket fra Lufthansa LH861 til Frankfurt, da flighten ble kansellert, til Eurowings. Ved innsjekk ble jeg selvsagt lovet både fast track og lounge-tilgang. Ingen av delene fungerte. Forsøkte meg på en klage til Lufthansa, men fikk ingen kompensasjon.
