    Show time zone difference / days in the new app. For example when you travel back from US with a flight leaving 21.00 the app doesnt tell you that you arrive the next day in Europe.

    Enig! Har selv meldt inn duration pga tidssoner. Et tips er å melde dette inn via app’en under «more» => «technical support»

    The awesome news is that we got now the approval from Apple to have an exception when opening up the boarding pass, but it will work only when we will switch the app to real production (updating the current one)

    At the moment you should be able to add to the app booking that are not SK even if there is not an SK segment. We are checking how to solve the issue of showing those booking automatically without you to add them.

    I noticed something similar, I had a trip to AMS on the return it still showed menu for fmy trip to AMS.

    Also for my trip where the first segment is layover in HND it shows my trip to London, which is only transit, no layover.

    Also @Massimo I have sent in some tickets earlier but no activity on those.

    No planning to freeze the functions, we will keep on building and stabilizing the app based on your and other customer feedback. Can't tell when we are updating the current app with this one, but it's going to happen soon.

    Yes, we did some refactoring to solve some issues with the flight card and there was a catch so we introduce this issue on 0.16 when there are connected flights. We have already fixed it so it will be pushed with the next update.
    In regards the first screenshot I don't follow completly, maybe you can create a ticket in the app.

    When you book for others, the booking needs to be added to the app manually.

    Any chance it could show up automatically like it does on the webpage?

    Great looking forward to 0.16
    I reported to the crew a issue with light on toilet on a flight, and I said you have to ask technicians to look at it when the plane lands in Bergen tonight as I can see the schedule for the plane, they was surprised and I show them the app. They said no, this plan is not flying this route. Well when I left they said both the app and myself was correct. I love this feature! It is soo cool.

    Done, created a ticket in the app, there is a few tickets from me.

    I doubledchecked with Lufthansa and they added my Eurobonus-number to the booking, but still the new SAS app seem to be unable to find my booking. Maybe a Lufthansa-issue and not a SAS-issue.

    I believe some access controls were introduced around when GDPR came into effect. So the only ones who can view it are the carriers who have or had a segment on the pnr, and the issuing carrier.

    I can't find any place in the app where I can book assistance or see when assistance is already booked.
    Should be easily available.

    SAS removed the possibility to see bookings with other Eurobonus airline partners long (some years) before the GDPR came into force, so I can't see any connection here that I, at least, find logical.

    I discovered that when the flight has departed, it disappeared from my flights.
    Makes it impossible to track baggage.
    The trips should be available for some time after completion.

    Eehh...found it now under recently flown....

    Anyway, the main reason for me looking for the completed trip was that my luggage was missing.
    Turned out that it wasn´t loaded on OSL, so it came the next day (not the first time).

    What about a function in the app that alerts you if your checked in luggage isn´t present on your plane ?
    Would be helpful and save waiting time at the belt...
