Somehow the app messed up the other day while I was sitting in the lounge, waiting for boarding. After showing go to gate a few times it suddenly said gate closed (15 min before scheduled boarding time). After almost falling from my chair I realized that it was the previous flight the app had changed back to. Once I manually changed back to the flight I was waiting to board everything was okay again
Seatmap for A321 OSL-EWR er fortsatt feil i den siste versjonen. Rad 2, 4 og 6 har bare 1 sete. Her står det som opptatt, men ingen mulighet å finne ut at setet ikke er der!
I don't know if this is just a design feature, but the "go to gate"-header is not connected to the actual flight status. (As far as I can see my flight is not go to gate at the moment)
I really like that you can see how far the boarding process has come. Boarding 56%, you better move!!
The latter, this was from searching up a flight under More —> Flight Status and then subscribing. Actually didn’t realize that it had a card on the home page, think I usually opened it via the push notification or by going More —> Flight Status.
@Massimo Changing seat is not working correctly. Just had this issue this Christmas: For SAS Go, once the window for selecting seats for free is open, I cannot do it in the app. Selecting seats will still show a price. When I log onto the website, I can select seats without issues.
I had a bonus trip with LH and SN. (No SK legs) Ot was not possible to check in in the app, even though it said "check in possible". I used LH and SN apps to check in and get boarding passes. Then the little blue line with "boarding pass" appeared in the SAS app. But, no boarding pass showed up when i pressed it. And no messages to explain why.
@Massimo When going through the check-in process, the app comes up with my company email and with country prefix +46 for Sweden, so I have to change it before proceeding. Checked my profile to be sure, and there is my private email and country prefix +47 for Norway just like I want it to be. Why, and could it be fixed, please ?
My app has stopped sending notifications for delays, boarding starts etc. The log for past trips only shows flights after November 2022 vs from 2013 earlier. App version 5.1.0. Anyone else experiencing these issues?
My experience is that the app is sending notifications where the flights has been cancelled weeks ago.
Finnes det noen steder i appen der de viser status? Kjipt å spørre om gratis brus i go som diamant uten å ha noe å vise frem dersom de spør. I den gamle appen kom jo dette veldig tydelig frem.
Vanligvis under "Me" nederst på skjermen. Men akkurat nå funker ikke EuroBonus, så det kommer ikke opp noe.
Not directly related to the app, but SAS should reconsider the password policy. Forced password changes does not increase security, unless a breach has happened. A maximum limit of 14 characters and no spaces are red flags. Being booted out for reauthentication is not a good app experience.
Sikkert mange som har fått det med seg, men fant det ikke i tråden. Det finnes en roadmap under "More" hvor man kan stemme på features. Der står bl.a. "Onboard wifi one click login" og "In app chat for diamond members" som in progress.
