    Excellent feedback, that's why I love to be in this forum, something that wouldn't have come otherwise.
    I'll bring this on to the booking team, we normally put a connecting time restriction because we have a maximum number of recommendations that our provider (Amadeus) has, recommendations are both flights and fare families, so for long haul were have many we want to protect the flights that are ok with connecting times, in this case I don't know, it could be a Star limitation. I'll check this out

    Yes, we decided not to show it to clutter the app as you are already LTG, but maybe you'd like to keep seeing how you got there!?

    After the recent updates my app (on Android, Sony) hardly ever shows me the boarding progress screen unless I close the app and restart it. Refreshing it by swiping down on the startscreen of the app doesn't help.

    Also I'd love to see what several have requested before: the seatmap after boarding. Actually it seems to disappear already at the original boarding time. So even if boarding hasn't even started but is delayed the seatmap doesn't show anymore once the original time for boarding has passed.

    Well, it would kind of be nice at least if it could hidden and only open up when you click on the Lifetime Gold «button» for example?
    Who knows maybe you at one point do LTD as well?

    @Massimo : It looks like the app doesn't consider seats blocked for kids. These are the seat maps from the same flight in the app and online:

    I managed to select row 14 when travelling with kinds in the app, but discovered that the selection for the kids didn't "stick". When looking at the seat map online, I wasn't able to select those seats at all.

    There are a few (non-SAS) bookings I have made which I am not able to add to the app. Can you explain what the requirements are for being to successfully add an external booking?

    I receive a generic error message for all attempts:
    I have tried multiple times, so I think the error message could be improved also.

    The bookings I am attempting are from Star Alliance partners, and one of them is a direct Lufthansa booking, and the reference is a 6 character Amadeus PNR (as far as I am aware).

    Du får ikke inn bookinger i appen som ikke har et SAS leg, ble jeg fortalt da jeg skulle legge inn en LH booking. Poengbilletter er en annen sak riktignok siden det er en SAS-billett.

    Had a few findings on a recent trip. Registered the directly in the app, but added as a heads up to others as well.

    • Boarding pass was not available in App after planned departure on delayed flight. Normally this works really good, so I have stopped adding them to wallet. Had the paper boarding pass in backpack, so no drama, but caught me a bif off guard.
    • Delay information when having non-SAS ticket. I had a SAS booking and app updated with delay information. A collegue had a Lufthansa booking added to the SAS app, but did not receive any delay information.

    Det tror jeg ikke stemmer lengre. Kona reiste VIE-FRA-SVG med OS og LH for 2 uker siden, betalt billett, disse kunne man sjekke inn og få boarding pass i SAS-appen

    Try to use web and log in on your booking, then add your EBG number manually for every single flight, except for Swiss air and Swiss International Air Lines Operated by 2L Helvetic Airways) or something like this, Lufthansa operated by…. Then save it and check your app.
    maybe you can check your app after add ebg number on one flight for example

    Spennende. Min LH-booking går fortsatt ikke inn. Billetten hennes er ikke kjøpt hos Sas?

    Feature request: Be able to sign in to saswifi from the app, one click (as EBG, EBD etc)

    I got two notifications from the app regarding changes to a booking. I couldn’t spot any difference from the original booking, so I checked with Gold-support. They didnt see any changes either…

    You still have to manually connect to the wifi network onboard and then after you are connected you normally open browser and type in eb number/booking ref but instead now you open the app.
