FYI: Har ikke lest hele denne tråden - men for min egen del venter jeg på refusjon av en SAS Travel Voucher som jeg hadde brukt for å betale en reise til Amsterdam den 12. mars (bra timing, samme dag Norge ble stengt ned). I dag 8/6 fikk jeg denne mailen fra SAS:
Dear Traveler,
We’re still processing your request for a SAS Travel Voucher.
We understand that you’re still waiting for your SAS Travel Voucher and we’re very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Unfortunately, due to extraordinary circumstances the handling time is longer than usual, processing your request could take up to another 6 weeks.
Again, we are very sorry for the delay. We’re doing our best to handle your request quickly and aim to get your voucher to you as soon as we can.
